About me

A registered dietitian nutritionist, I provide evidence-based, individualized nutrition care focused on the prevention and management of chronic, diet-related conditions. This work is grounded in clinical expertise and thoughtful listening, with an emphasis on food-centered strategies that are both effective and sustainable.

My practice centers on supporting individuals living with chronic disease, obesity, and eating disorders. Each client relationship is approached as a partnership, with nutrition strategies tailored to medical needs, personal goals, and the realities of daily life. Compassion, discretion, and respect for the complexity of health guide every interaction.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science, cum laude, from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Nutritional Science – Dietetics, with distinction, from Arizona State University. My clinical training was completed through the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center dietetic internship in Los Angeles, California, with a focus on evidence-based nutrition therapy.
